While a little blurry, this is noteworthy. In any other competition in Australia this gentleman would have been read the riot act (pointing the rifle above the backstop or at structural parts of the building). Should you have a studious range officer who interprets the rules to the letter you will come to grief, so don't make it a habit if you want to lead a peaceful life. No range officers that keen to take the spotlight at the Olympics, however.
