Deposits and Reservations - Complete the enclosed Official Registration Form, along with the appropriate deposit(s), and mail to the address at the bottom of the form. Registrations and final payment(s) are due no later than 60 days prior to departure.
Late Reservations - Late reservations (within sixty days of departure) will be accepted on the basis of availability of air and land accommodations and may be subject to a $50 per person service surcharge. Late reservations must also be accompanied by full and final payment at the time of registration. Changes within 30 days of departure are subject to a $100.00 administrative fee.
Written Notice - All reservations, cancellations and changes must be made in writing. To avoid discrepancies, tour operator will not act on information given over the telephone until written notice has been received. Note that fax and e-mail constitutes written notice.
Cancellations - Deposits for the tour program and all optional extensions are refundable, (less a $50.00 per person administration fee), so long as a cancellation notification is received, in writing, 60 days prior to date of tour departure. Cancellations less than 60 days, but before 30 days prior to date of tour departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Within 30 days prior to date of tour departure, all payments are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance - Important Note!
PCE, LLC highly recommends a travel insurance package to protect you while on tour. In case of you must cancel at the last minute, this insurance should cover the full cost of your tour, as well as provide emergency medical coverage overseas. (Note: Most US health plans do not provide coverage overseas.) We provide Insurance enrollment forms and full details on insurance in your registration package.
Currency Fluctuations - All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are based on tariffs and exchange rates available at the time of publication. Prices are subject to adjustment in the event of international currency fluctuations, fuel increases or any unexpected increase in tour costs, state or local taxes and/or local tariffs.
Travel Kits - Final trip materials for fully-paid participants, including airline tickets and vouchers, will be FedExed approximately 14 days prior to departure.
Single Share Requests - We will attempt to match up any participants that are traveling alone and who wish to share a room to alleviate the single supplement charge. Should we be unable to do so, the single supplement will apply.
Luggage Allowance -The luggage allowance is limited by the airlines. Please check with your carrier for current information.
Tour Participants - In order to insure the smooth oper- ation of all tours and to ensure congenial tour groups, PCE, LLC, reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to expel from the tour any person for any reason, including conduct deemed incompatible with the interest of the group.
Physical Disabilities - A qualified helper, who assumes total responsibility for the handicapped participant, MUST accompany the traveler requiring any form of assistance. PCE, LLC reserves the right to exclude from the tour any handicapped person whose physical condition impairs the customary operation of the tour. All tour members must be capable of making their own way both on and off the tour bus. Participants are solely responsible for being in sufficient health to undertake the tour and for taking all appropriate medical precautions. PCE, LLC cannot provide medical advice on innoculations or travel health to participants. Participants are strongly encouraged to contact their family physician or Public Health Service for travel health questions.
Passports and Visas - Valid passports are required for all tour participants. Passport information is available at larger Post Offices, and normally takes about 4 weeks to process. Failure to complete this requirement is grounds for removal from the tour, with all penalties fully enforced at the time of removal.
Responsibility - Pilkington Competition Equipment, LLC (tour provider) Monteagle, TN, tour producer, tour sponsors, and/or their agents, act only in the capacity of agents for this tour. As such, agent’s liability is limited to the conditions specifically assumed by them in this publication. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible or any act or omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board their aircraft or in the course of any operations of embarking or disembarking. The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned shall, when issued, constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of this tour and/or passengers. Baggage is handled throughout the program entirely at the owner’s risk. Insurance forms are provided at the time of booking of tour. The tour operators, and/or their agents accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses incurred through delays or changes in flight schedules or transportation service, nor for injury or losses incurred due to weather, strikes, bankruptcy or quarantine or other causes beyond their direct control.
